Jacob,
Thanks for taking my call today. As discussed, in 1932 there was a 33’ ROW granted by Inst. No. 196609 along the north
boundary. In 1946 there was a 50’ ROW granted by Inst. No. 308781 along the north boundary. Then in 2022 ITD
prepared an addition grant of ROW that went to the 50’ granted in 1946. I feel the strip showing up as Tax Parcel
R34308011 is a remnant 17’ between the 1932 ROW and the 2022 ROW and not taking in to account the 1946 ROW. If
you can take a look at the documents attached and let me know if Tax Parcel R34308011 does in fact exist or if the
document provided provide clarification that this should in fact be ITD ROW.
