We got that message just last week. We were scheduled to be heard by the Hearing Examiner, but it was decided that we would instead have to appear before the Planning and Zoning Commission. That is not a problem and makes sense, except that the P&Z Commission is on hold while the City appoints new members to the Commission. The staff did not give us a new hearing date or when they expect to have a P&Z Commission re-activated. Like you, the developer is concerned about the delay; however, we want to make sure the hearing process proceeds appropriately. Thanks as always for checking in.
