Hi Kayla, you will need to register with Citizenserve to be able to access and make your payment online. Once you do
then you can follow the steps below. Here is the link to register https://www.citizenserve.com/Portal/PortalController?
Action=showApplyPermitPage&type= License
To make a payment applicants will want to do the following:
o Select the "My Account" tab
o Select "View my Requests" from the left hand column
o Select their permiVlicense

No City Code violations exist on the property.
Nothing indicates from the exterior that the dwelling is being used for
anything other than a dwelling.
No more than25o/o of the gross area of the dwelling is being used for the
home occupation.
All parking related to the home occupation is on the site, not the public
street, right-of-way or front yard.
Garages and/or accessory buildings may be occupied by a home
occupation if they meet the following standards:
o No more than fifty percent (50%) of the total gross area of the
garage maybe utilized for the home occupation.
o No more than two hundred (200) square feet of total area of
accessory structure(s) may be utilized for the home occupation
No outdoor display of goods or outside storage of equipment or materials
used in the home occupation.
Dimensions, power rating or weight of equipment and tools used in the
conduct of the home occupation doesn't exceed normal household
equipment and tools.
No signage on the site, except if there is a sign, it's a sign attached flush to
the house and is no larger than 3 square feet in area.
