An application reguesting a home occupalion permit shall be valid for sixty (60) days fiom the date of the submittal to the planning A
and zoning deparlrnenl. lf inspections are not completed and passed and a subsequent home occupation permit issued within the
sixty (60) day time frame. the submitted application shall become null and void and anolier apptication will need to be submitted
and applicable fees vrill need to be paid v,,ih the new application. as lrell as all nerv inspections and applicable background checks.
Applications may be wilhdraryn by the applicant at any time during the process. Atifry pelcent (50%) retund ot only the application
tee shall be issued and only for applications rvithdrarvn wibin ten (10) days of silbrnittal. hslection fees may be refunded provided
no inspections have taken place prior to lhe vrihdrarval request.:
