conditionally approved application number: SLS24-000001 splitting Parcel # R3255501200 with Right of Way for a public street to go north to south through the original parcel, creating parcels R3255501200 and R32555012A0, as described in the recorded Record of Survey Instrument # 2024-007318, and Deed(s) Instrument #’s 2024-010001 and 2024-010002.
