Dear City of Caldwell,
I am wriƟng on behalf of Bluebird Truck Wash LLC to formally propose and request approval for the
conƟnuaƟon of the truck wash business at the locaƟon 1320 AviaƟon Way, Caldwell, ID, 83605 currently
ran by Bay-Wash of Idaho, LLC. Bluebird Truck Wash LLC intends to take over the lease and operaƟons
from the current tenants, Bay-Wash of Idaho, LLC, and ensure the seamless transiƟon of this essenƟal
service to the community.
Bay-Wash of Idaho, LLC is a well-established truck wash company that has served the Caldwell
community and surrounding areas effecƟvely for several years. We are in the process of acquiring Bay-
Wash of Idaho, LLC, which includes the purchase of their building, truck washing equipment and
assuming their lease from Reed Taylor and Jaqueline Trust (property owners). The planned closing date
for this acquisiƟon is October 2nd, 2023.
Our proposal is straighƞorward: Bluebird Truck Wash LLC aims to conƟnue the operaƟon of the truck
wash facility at the exisƟng locaƟon. We are commiƩed to maintaining and improving the high standards
of service that the community has come to expect from Bay-Wash of Idaho, LLC. To achieve this, we have
a comprehensive business plan in place that includes the following key points:
Business Hours: Bluebird Truck Wash LLC plans to operate the truck wash facility 24 hours a day, seven
days a week. This extended operaƟon will cater to the diverse needs of the trucking industry and ensure
that we can efficiently serve all customers.
Equipment and Facility Maintenance: We will invest in the maintenance and enhancement of the
exisƟng washing equipment and facility to ensure opƟmal funcƟonality, efficiency, and safety.
Environmental Responsibility: Bluebird Truck Wash LLC is commiƩed to adhering to all environmental
regulaƟons and standards. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are invesƟng in a state-of-
the-art water reclamaƟon system. This system will allow us to efficiently capture and treat used water,
ensuring that a significant porƟon of our cleaning process relies on recycled water. By implemenƟng this
advanced technology, we aim to significantly reduce our water consumpƟon and minimize our
environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness for the vehicles we serve.
Community Engagement: Bluebird Truck Wash LLC is dedicated to becoming an acƟve parƟcipant in the
Caldwell community. We will explore partnerships and sponsorships to support local iniƟaƟves and give
back to the community.
