SAID EASEMENT TO BE 10 FEET ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED CENTERLINE. SIDE LINES OF SAID EASEMENT TO BE TRIMMED OR EXTENDED AT THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF AVIATION WAY.
