2016) rezone and comprehensive plan amendment for 156 multi-family units, no changes to the approved constructions plans or building design, and the builder is currently completing
the remaining site improvements. The subject property is located on the SEC of Laster Street and S. Florida Avenue, within the County of Canyon, Caldwell, Idaho.
