INVITATION TO NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Dear Property Owner:
Caldwell City Code requires an opportunity for a meeting between the applicant of a
development proposal and the residents of the neighborhood in which the development site
is located. This meeting will be held at 4901 S. Florida Avenue, just north of the site. The
meeting is required prior to formal submittal of the development application to the City.
This letter is a notice of an opportunity to review and discuss our proposed preliminary
condominium plat located at the southeast corner of Florida Avenue and Laster Street
(extended). This is not a public hearing; public officials will not be attending the meeting.
If you have any questions about the proposed development and cannot attend the meeting,
please give me a call at (208) 871-7020 and we can discuss the project individually. Or
send me an e-mail at steve@ateamboise.com and I can e-mail you additional information.
Purpose: To review and provide comments regarding the Preliminary Condominium Plat
application.
When: Friday January 20, 2023, at 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Where: 4901 S. Florida Avenue, Caldwell Idaho (North of the Site)
Project Description: The applicant is proposing a preliminary condominium plat to
subdivide 31 buildings. The site was previously rezoned and approved for 156 multifamily
units. No additional units are being requested.
