Subject: The Village Condo Subdivision
On behalf of Doeppel Premier Properties, A Team Land Consultants presents to the
City of Caldwell, a Preliminary Condominium Plat for the previously approved ZON-16-
01. That rezone was approval to change the zone from R-1 to R-3 for 156 multifamily
units. The subject property is located on the northeast corner of Laster Street and
Florida Avenue. The property contains 11.43 total acres and is identified as Canyon
County Assessor’s Tax Parcel Number R32524010.
Project Summary
The applicant is proposing 31 units so that the buildings can be owned
individually. There are no changes proposed from the previously approved
rezone, and there are no changes/modifications request from the previously
approved construction plans. The builder is currently completing the remaining
site improvements. There are no proposed changes to the buildings. Amenities
that were required was a tot lot, club house and walking paths. No changes to
the previously approved amenities are being requested.
Neighborhood Meetings
On January 20, 2023 there was a neighborhood meeting conducted at 4901 S.
Florida Avenue. No one showed up at the meeting.
It is anticipated that the applications are in compliance with all applicable plans and
codes adopted by the City. Please notify us as early as possible if you should need
additional clarification or information regarding this application. I look forward to
working with the City as this development moves forward in the process.
