Agency Notification for a Public Hearing Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department Page 2 REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUB24-000002: Kent Brown Planning Services, on behalf of Windsor Creek Properties LLC, is requesting final plat approval for Brittany Heights Subdivision No. 5. The preliminary plat was originally approved by City Council on July 19th, 2004, as SUB-102P-04. The final plat for Phase 4 was recorded on July 6, 2023 and the applicant has until July 6, 2024 to record the Phase 5 final plat. The site is located on the east side of Celeste Ave., approximately 1,850 feet south of the intersection with Homedale Rd., in Caldwell, Idaho.
