Questions: 1. Laster street is half-way widened. This street is between the Four Seasons Neighborhood and the Aspens Neighborhood. Since there is going to be more traffic before, during, and after the building of this subdivision, are there plans to widen Laster street to Indiana Ave first? 2. Where are the road entrances going to be built? Indiana Ave and Ustick Road? 3. Four Seasons Street is located in the Four Seasons Neighborhood. Neighbors are concerned that the street will be built first instead either on Indiana Ave or Ustick road. We don't want large dump trucks and other traffic going through the neighborhood. We have enough traffic going through the small neighborhood already. We have many children that live on Autumncrest Street, Wintercrest Street, and Equinox Ave. What is the mitigation plan if the developers decide to use our neighborhood first to begin the development of the Hoshaw Subdivision? 4. If approved, will all the surrounding existing homes and existing subdivisions be notified by mail of where and when the first section will be first developed? Sincerely, Karen Woolhiser 2611 Wintercrest Street Caldwell, ID 83607 (208) 454-7819 This email has been scanned for spam and viruses by Proofpoint Essentials. Click here to report this email as spam.
