Dear Planning Staff: Respectfully request the City of Caldwell’s approval, for an 18 month time extension of (SUB21-000010 SUP21-000010) Virginia Park 4Plex Subdivision. The developer decided to avoid
the intense construction taking place adjacent to the site in the Highway 2026 corridor. The
construction has been so extreme that installing the minor improvements for Virginia Park 4plex Subdivision would add more undue confusion to the existing construction actives in the area. The developer has approved construction plans and is looking for a window to begin the construction
on site. The developer believes he can start very soon, the Highway 2026 corridor work seem to be
moving away from our site. We therefore are requesting a time extension approval. We look forward to your approval of this application. Sincerely,
