(email: shawn@trilogyidaho.com, cc: kentlkb@gmail.com) Re: Virginia Park Four-Plex Time Extension TE24-000002 Associated with SUB21-000010 Original plat expiration date: February 22, 2024 Time extension request received on January 30, 2024 We have received your request for an administrative time extension for the recording of the final plat for Virginia Park Four-Plexes Subdivision. After review of your application, we have found that the request complies with the Caldwell City Ordinances, Chapter 11, Section 11-02-03 (F3), based upon that: (A) There are no outstanding city code violations on the subject property; (B) The preliminary plat, as previously approved, is still in the best interests of the safety, health, and general welfare of the city; (C) There have been no significant changes to the city code between the date of preliminary plat approval and the application date of the time extension request that would require substantial modifications to the lot layout; (D) No modification to the layout and design of the originally approved preliminary plat are proposed; (D) The preliminary plat is still valid; and (D) No prior administrative time extensions have been given for this plat. Based upon the criteria above, the request for an eighteen (18) month time extension is approved and will expire on August 22, 2025. Please note any additional time extensions will require City Council approval.
