RE: Approval of Home Occupation Renewal Permit
Your request to renew your permit to conduct the business of software
development from your residence has been reviewed. Based on the
information you have provided regarding your business and the criteria of City
Code 10-02-09 to conduct a home occupation from your home, the renewal
application has been approved as follows:
• [Business Type:] An office for software development is permitted as a
home occupation as shown in footnote 2 as shown in section 10-02-02
of the land use schedule.
• [Square Footage] The square footage where your business is conducted
is equal to or less than the total 1\4 of the house square footage. You
are utilizing approximately 120 sq. ft. of the 1996 sq. ft. of total living
area.
• [Location of the business] You are conducting business in a room
converted into an office on the first floor.
• [Brief day-to-day operations] You will be engaged in the
development and integration of software.
• [Hours of operation] There are no public hours of operation.
• [Customers] Customers will not be on site.
• [Parking] All parking is on-site.
• [Selling or offering any goods] No goods are being produced or sold at
the home.
Please note that this permit is only valid for the premises and applicant as cited
on the application.
This permit is valid for one (1) year. The permit shall be renewed annually prior
to expiration in order to continue to conduct the home occupation.
