RE: Approval of Home Occupation Permit; HO21-000001
Your request to conduct the business of a home and business services to design
and craft Urns from your residence has been reviewed. Based on the
information you have provided regarding your business and the criteria of City
Code 10-02-09 to conduct a home occupation from your home, the application
has been approved as follows:
Home and Business Services is permitted as a home occupation as shown in
footnote 2 as shown in section 10-02-02 of the land use schedule.
The square footage where your business will be conducted will be no more 50
% of the total gross area of the garage.
You are conducting business in the garage.
You will be designing and crafting designs for Urns.
Hours of operation M-F 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Customers will not be on-site.
No goods are being sold at the home.
All parking is on-site.
Dimensions, power rating or weight of equipment and tools used to conduct
the home occupations shall not exceed that of normal household equipment
and tools.
Please be advised that this permit is only valid for the premises as cited on the
application and for which the inspection was completed as well as the
applicant as listed on the application.
This permit is valid for one (1) year. The permit shall be renewed annually in
order to continue to conduct the home occupation.
