The parcel is 4.03 acres bringing the proposed density to 11.41 units per acre; the site is currently zoned T-N (Traditional Neighborhood). The parcel is located on the northeast side of East Elgin St., approximately 650 feet southeast of the intersection with North 10th Ave., in Caldwell, ID.
