REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUB23-000044: KM Engineering, LLP, on behalf of Brighton
Development, Inc., is requesting final plat approval for Arbor Subdivision No. 6. The preliminary plat for Arbor
Subdivision was approved by City Council as PUD-18P-01 on August 20, 2018. The Phase 5 final plat was recorded on
September 13, 2023. The site is located on the northwest corner of the intersection between Ustick Rd. and Midland
Blvd., in Caldwell, Idaho.
