After careful review of the transmittal submitted to ITD on January 12, 2024, regarding Arbor SUB23-000044, the Department has no comments or concerns to make at this time. This development
is two miles south of US-20/26 with multiple collectors to disperse traffic, therefore minimal impact is anticipated to the state highway system.
