supplements for Arbor Subdivision No. 6 Final Plat.
The subject property is identified as Parcel No. R3434201000 or 18037 Midland Rd., on the Northwest corner of
the Ustick Rd. and Midland Blvd. intersection. This subdivision has been developed in substantial conformance
with the approved Preliminary Plat under PUD-18P-01.
