ACTION ITEM: APPROVE MINUTES – December 18, 2023, and January 8, 2024
II. ACTION ITEM: CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS INTERVIEWS. None.
III. OLD BUSINESS
ACTION ITEM:
▪ Continued discussion - Recruiting new Commission Members.
▪ Continued discussion - Commission to coordinate a Steunenberg Residential Historic Walking Tour.
▪ Continued discussion - Commission to work on new Flyers / Mailings to the Steunenberg Residential Historic
District residents.
▪ Continued discussion - Donation from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Memorandum of Agreement for
cultural resources mitigation through Section 106 for a property at 3904 S Indiana Avenue that is being
affected by development on the adjacent parcel 3919 Thatcher Lane.

Primary Historic Preservation Meeting is on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the Conference Room at Caldwell
Planning & Zoning located at 621 Cleveland Blvd., Caldwell, Idaho
