CONSENT CALENDAR: AGENDA ACTION ITEM: APPROVE MINUTES – December 18, 2023, and January 8, 2024 II. ACTION ITEM: CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS INTERVIEWS. None. III. OLD BUSINESS ACTION ITEM: ▪ Continued discussion - Recruiting new Commission Members. ▪ Continued discussion - Commission to coordinate a Steunenberg Residential Historic Walking Tour. ▪ Continued discussion - Commission to work on new Flyers / Mailings to the Steunenberg Residential Historic District residents. ▪ Continued discussion - Donation from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Memorandum of Agreement for cultural resources mitigation through Section 106 for a property at 3904 S Indiana Avenue that is being affected by development on the adjacent parcel 3919 Thatcher Lane. DICUSSION ITEM: None. IV. NEW BUSINESS DISCUSSION ITEM: ▪ Discussion about training or engagement with the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions. ACTION ITEM: ▪ Vote Chair and Vice-Chair for 2024 DISCUSSION ITEM: Commission & Staff Reports. V. ADJOURNMENT The next tentative Supplemental Historic Preservation Meeting is on Monday, March 4, 2024, at 6:00 pm.
