This subdivision was approved on February 22, 2022 and the Order of Decision was signed March, 7 2022. The improvement plans have been submitted and are currently under review with the City’s Engineering Department. The improvement plans will not be completed and built within the 2 years stipulated by City Code and a one time administrative extension of 18 months is requested. Property ownership changed, causing the project’s forward momentum to be delayed. The current property owner is proceeding with the development. There has been no significant changes to City Code that would require substantial modifications to the current property layout.
