Land Use Request
We are requesting a Time Extension of the
Adams Ridge Preliminary Plat.
Due to construction delays and tight 12-month
phase cycle, we anticipate completion of
Phase 7 in May 2024.

Caldwell Code requires phases to be
delivered in 12-month increments.
This is a challenge given the extensive
engineering plan review process and
challenging construction environment.
Timeline:
Ph 6 recorded: 1-27-2023
Ph 7 construction start of
development: July 2023
Expedited Project Schedule delayed
due to material and labor shortages.
Road paving deadline missed prior to
seasonal asphalt plant closure.
Anticipated development completion
date: May 2024.
