The goal of this lot split would be to take parcel R0202700000, .34 acres, and split into 2 lots.
The first lot will have the house on it and reduced to approximately 120’x58’ (6960 square feet
.16 Acres. The remaining 120x67 foot will be another buildable lot. The second lot will be .185
acres. The goal would be to build another single-family house, or something else that is
permitted in the zoning. The current zoning shows a T-N traditional neighborhood. The uses
are approved for single family homes or duplexes, along with a myriad of other mixed uses.
The setback off the current property is proposed at 5 ft. Future development with the new lot
will comply with all applicable setbacks and zoning requirements.
