The applicant is required to extend and complete the major pathway and landscaping from the current west termination point to Middleton Road. The subject properties are located approximately 480 feet north of the intersection of Middleton and Hwy 20/26 on the west side of Middleton Road. This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 and the notices need to be mailed on Friday, May 27, 2022.
