The parcel, R3086701500, is located on the west side of Midland Boulevard, approximately 2,000 feet south of Ustick Road and Midland Boulevard round-about, Caldwell, Idaho. The subject property is zoned C-2 (Community Commercial). This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, December 22, 2022.
