The parcel, R3086701500, is located on the west side of Midland Boulevard, approximately 2,000 feet south of Ustick Road and Midland Boulevard round-about, Caldwell, Idaho. The subject property is zoned C-2 (Community Commercial). This case is scheduled to be presented before the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 1:30 pm.
