Case Number PUD22-000006/SUB22-000034: Bob Unger of Unger Enterprises, on behalf of Meadowdale Investments LLC, is applying for a Planned Unit Development
(Monument Valley Townhomes) and preliminary plat located on parcel R3491600000, R3491700000, and R3491800000, 4.55 acres. The development will consist of 39 residential townhome lots
with 9 four-plex buildings and 1 tri-plex building. The subject property is zoned R-3 (high density residential) and fronts N. Illinois Avenue.
This case is scheduled to be presented before the Caldwell City Council on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 6:00 pm.
