Subject: Case Number ANN23-000007/SUP23-000004:
Dear Caldwell City Council Members,
My husband and I moved into Weston Point subdivision in 2018 with the visionthat this would be a family friendly community to build our family. Ourunderstanding was that this would be a single dwelling subdivision with lowdensity traffic. It is our families hope that we can continue to live in our tight knitcommunity of houses, and we will not have a medium to high density traffic area.We hope that the only entrances/exits would be coming off of Homedale Road. This could create unsafe living for everyone who lives in the Weston Pointsubdivision. We also are concerned about the additional noise, traffic, light-pollution, sight-zones, and we know the surrounding schools are already atcapacity and do not have room for more children.
We hope you sincerely take our concerns into consideration and keep this areaclear of more living complexes. We love living in Caldwell and hope to continueloving this area.
Thank you for your time!
Best Regards,
Marisa and Jaime Quintana
