Subject: Case Number ANN23-000007/SUP23-000004:
Dear Caldwell City Council Members,
My husband and I moved into Weston Point subdivision in 2018 with the vision that this would be a family friendly community to build our family. Our understanding was that this would
be a single dwelling subdivision with low density traffic. It is our families hope that we can continue to live in our tight knit community of houses, and we will not have a medium
to high density traffic area. We hope that the only entrances/exits would be coming off of Homedale Road. This could create unsafe living for everyone who lives in the Weston Point
subdivision. We also are concerned about the additional noise, traffic, light-pollution, sight-zones, and we know the surrounding schools are already at capacity and do not have room
for more children.
We hope you sincerely take our concerns into consideration and keep this area clear of more living complexes. We love living in Caldwell and hope to continue loving this area.
Thank you for your time!
Best Regards,
Marisa and Jaime Quintana
