RE: Case Number ANN22-000016 and CPM23-000003 Cleveland Flex
Case Number ANN22-000016 and CPM23-000003: A request by ALC
Architecture to annex parcel R3244000000, an 18.72 acre parcel of land
at 5617 Cleveland Blvd, located south of Ustick Road and west of N.
Midway on the north side of the Nampa-Caldwell Blvd. corridor, in
Caldwell, Idaho, to include any adjacent rights-of-way, with a proposed
split zoning of M-1 (Light Industrial) on the north half of the property and
C-3 on the south half of the property closest to Cleveland Blvd, to include
the approval of a Development Agreement associated with ANN22-
000016. Concurrently, the applicant is requesting a comprehensive plan
map amendment on the northern half of the property from a CS
(Commercial & Service) to an MP (Manufacturing & Production) land use
designation, to include approval of Resolution #84-23 Associated with
CPM22-23-000003. The subject parcel is contiguous to current City of
Caldwell parcels to the west and east boundaries and is the last remaining
infill parcel along this portion of the Nampa-Caldwell Blvd.
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday,
May 25, 2023.
