Tonight's requests consist of the applicants proposal for annexation with a split zoning designation of C-3 (Service Commercial) for the southern portion and M-1 (Light Industrial) for
the northern portion.
The proposed development is surrounded by C-3 to the south and east and M-1 to the north, east and west. The county zoning designation for this parcel patches the proposed zoning designation.
