RE: Case Number SUP23-000017 Windermere Group SUP
Case Number SUP23-000017: Windermere Powerhouse Group LLC, on
behalf of THHR LLC, is requesting a special use permit to use an existing
building in the City Center for office space. The parcel, R047040000, is
zoned C-B and is located in the City Center on the east corner of the
intersection between Cleveland Blvd. and S. Kimball Ave., in Caldwell,
Idaho.
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Wednesday,
January 10, 2024 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, December
21, 2023.
