RE: Case Number SUP23-000015 North Ranch Ministorage
Case Number SUP23-000015: BVA Development, on behalf of BVA
North Ranch LLC, is requesting a special use permit for ministorage on
parcel R3527600000. The parcel is zoned M-1, Light industrial and will
include 449 storage units on 5.26 acres. The subject parcels are located
on the South side of Muller Dr., between Saddle Ave. and Haystack Way,
approximately 650 north of Hwy 20/26, in Caldwell, Idaho..
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Wednesday,
December 27, 2023 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, December
7, 2023.
