The Engineering Department provides the following comments on a request by BVA
Development, on behalf of BVA North Ranch LLC, is requesting a special use permit for
ministorage on parcel R3527600000. The parcel is zoned M-1, Light industrial and will include
449 storage units on 5.26 acres. The subject parcels are located on the South side of Muller Dr.,
between Saddle Ave. and Haystack Way, approximately 650 north of Hwy 20/26, in Caldwell,
Idaho..
General
1. The Engineering Department does not have an issue with this request. Applicant shall relocate
the existing storm water facility located on this site outside any master planned right-of-way or
public utility easements that reside on the site.
2. Applicant shall retain all storm water runoff within the site and adjacent roadways to be
contained within a storage facility that will retain the 100 year event to be owned and
maintained by the property owner.
