Dear Neighbor:
We are in the process of applying to the City of Meridian for a Special Use Permit for Self-
Storage (recognized Ministorage – Traditional and Ministorage - Indoor) on Lot 1 Phase
8 in North Ranch Business Park. The neighborhood meeting is for informational purposes
only. During the meeting we will describe the proposed project and answer any questions
you may have. The meeting is not a public hearing before the governing body of the City.
Instead, the meeting is a pre-hearing requirement, and the City does not have the formal
application yet. Once our application has been submitted and processed, the City will
schedule a public hearing, and you will receive notice of the public hearing date via postal
mail, newspaper publication, and/or public hearing signage on the project site.
Date: Saturday, October 28th, 2023
Time: 2 pm – 3 pm
Location: The southwest corner of Saddle Avenue and Muller Drive. See image
