REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUB23-000039: Kent Brown, on behalf of Mason Creek
Development LLC, is requesting approval of a final plat for Mason Creek Grove Subdivision No. 2. Mason Creek
Grove No. 2 includes 58 residential building lots and 8 common lots on approximately 17.88 acres of land in the R-1
zoning district. It is the second phase of development for the Mason Creek Grove Subdivision (ZON -20-04, SUB-20P-
04, CMP-20-03). The subject phase and parcel (R3430400000) is located at the northeast corner of the Linden Road
and Middleton Road intersection, west of the Noble Drain, in Caldwell, Idaho.
