RE: Final Plat for Mason Creek Grove Subdivision No 2
Dear Staff and Council:
On behalf of Mason Creek Development LLC, please accept our request for Final Plat Approval
for the two phase of the Mason Creek Grove Subdivision. Mason Creek Grove development is
located, northeast corner of Linder Road and Middleton Road. This phase has 58 buildable lots
and 8 common lots on 17.88 acres. This application and attachments are in accordance with the
City of Caldwell Final Plat application and checklist forms.
