RE: Case Number SUB22-000038 Cirrus Pointe West – Preliminary Plat
Case Number SUB22-000038: A request by Katie Millier of Bailey
Engineering Inc., on behalf of J and J Property Development LLC. for
approval of a preliminary plat for the final phase of Cirrus Pointe, a low
density residential subdivision that will include 101 single family detached
residences developed in one phase, and 18 common lots. The subject
parcels R3285001000 and R3285001000 are located north of W. Orchard
Avenue, and both east and west of S. Montana Avenue in Caldwell, Idaho.
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Wednesday,
January 11, 2023 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, December
22, 2022.
