ACTION ITEM: Approve Minutes – October 9, 2023
II. ACTION ITEM: CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS INTERVIEWS.
None.
III. OLD BUSINESS
ACTION ITEM:
Recruiting new Commission Members.
Commission to coordinate a Steunenberg Residential Historic Walking Tour.
Commission to work on new Flyers / Mailings to the Steunenberg Residential Historic
District residents.
Possible donation from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Memorandum of Agreement for
cultural resources mitigation through Section 106 for a property at 3904 S Indiana
Avenue that is being effected by development on the adjacent parcel 3919 Thatcher Lane.
Discuss having meetings on 1st and 3rd Mondays instead of 2nd and 4th.

The next tentative Regular Historic Preservation Meeting is on November 20, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.
in the Conference Room at the Caldwell Planning & Zoning at 621 Cleveland Blvd.
