REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUB23-000014: Becky Yzaguirre, on behalf of Hayden Homes
Idaho, LLC, is requesting approval of a final plat for Huntington Ridge East No. 1. Huntington Ridge East No. 1
includes 30 residential building lots and 8 common lots on approximately 9.93 acres of land in the R-1 zoning district.
It is the first phase of development for the Huntington Ridge West Subdivision (ANN21-000018, SUB21-000048). The
subject parcels (R3479701000 and R3479701100) are located on the north side of Lincoln Road approximately a half
mile east of Indiana Avenue.
