conditionally approved application number: SLS23-000017 splitting Parcel # R0338900000
as described in the recorded Record of Survey Instrument # 2023-036741, and Deed(s)
Instrument #’s 2023-037369 and 2023-037370. The shed will need to be removed from the
vacant newly created parcel.
Please keep this record for your files and submit it with any building permit application for
reference.
