Topaz Ranch West development is located, near south west corner of Smeed Park Way and Maple Front Road. Phase one has 62 buildable lots, and 12 common lots on 16.73 acres. This first phase has single family residential lots ranging from 6004 SF to 12,149 SF in size. The plat includes eleven common lots which provide for storm drainage and street buffering. The application with attachments is in accordance with the City of Caldwell Final Plat application and checklist. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this application.
