The Engineering Department provides the following comments concerning the final plat for the above
referenced development:
1. The following items shall be completed prior to the City Engineer signing the final plat. Said
items cannot be deferred by posting a financial security:
a. The water system not operational. The water system has been constructed and pressure
tested. Clean water samples have not been received. The final plat cannot be signed until
this emergency requirement is complete.
b. The sewer system is not operational. The sewer system has been constructed and pressure
tested and CCTV video have been submitted and approved. Interim as-builts have been
approved. The sewer lift station at this time is not operational. The final plat cannot be
signed until this emergency requirement is complete.
c. The pressure irrigation system within the public roadway is operational. Said portion of
the pressure irrigation system has been constructed and pressure tested.
d. The storm drain system located within the public roadway is operational. Said portion of
the storm drain system has been constructed and has passed a visual inspection by the
Engineering Dept. inspector. Interim as-builts have been approved.
e. All weather surfaces are in place. Compaction test results have been submitted for the
roadways and core sample results have been submitted and approved.
f. Street signs have been installed.
2. Construction security (compliant with current City Code requirements) must be provided for all
items which are not among the items listed above, and which are not yet completed before the

City Engineer can sign the final plat. The City has agreed on a construction security amount for
those improvements.
3. The final plat drawing has been submitted to the Engineering Department for review. Said
drawing must be completed in accordance with City codes, policies, and ordinances prior to
signing the final plat.
4. In an effort the expedite the addressing process of the final plat, Applicant shall submit electronic
copies of the final plat, in AutoCAD format, to the Engineering and Mapping departments as
soon as possible.
