RE: Passero Ridge, Phase 1 Construction Punch List – August 28, 2023 Walkthrough
Dear Mr. MacDonald, Canyon Highway District No. 4 (CHD4) has performed a preliminary inspection of the public road improvements for Passero Ridge, Phase 1, and offers the following preliminary construction punch list from the
site inspection conducted August 28, 2023:
1. Installation of all street signage as detailed below: a. Installation of type 2 barricades complete with ADA requirements at the end of the sidewalk. b. Installation of the OM3-R sign in place of the Type 3 barricade at the end of the paving
improvements along western property limits. Barricade has been corrected to allow for visibility
concerns for traffic exiting Mallard Park to the west and limit sight obstructions. 2. Provide copies of all reporting data for material testing along CHD4 right of way. This shall include all concrete, asphalt, ¾” road mix, pit run, and subgrade inspections.
Additional punch list items may be identified in subsequent inspections as in conjuction with future inspections
with city of Caldwell. Sincerely,
