To Whom it May Concern:
I am planning to construct a commercial building where I will relocate my business (208 Tire, LLC), which
is presently operaƟng in Nampa, ID. I recently learned that my parcel, located within the unincorporated
boundaries of Canyon County (30-4N-2W NE N 350' OF TX 8 IN E 1/2 NENE LS RDS), must be annexed
into the city of Caldwell.
I am happy to fulfill this requirement and believe that my business will bring significant value to the city
of Caldwell. 208 Tire, LLC is privately owned and operates within the Treasure Valley; therefore, all taxes
and revenues remain in and benefit the local community. My business is well established and financially
sound. We support local chariƟes and sponsor community events, such as the Caldwell Christmas Lights
Parade and the CPD Shop with a Cop Program.
As such, I request this parcel be zoned H-C (Highway Corridor) as it lines up with the current
comprehensive plan.
