Good Morning,
After careful review of the transmittal submitted to ITD on September 26, 2023regarding SUB23-000027 Selah Estates - FP, the Department has no comments
or concerns to make at this time. This development is approximately 1 mile
from SH-55 with only 52 single family homes, therefore minimal impact can be
anticipated to the State Highway system.
