I’m following up on our phone conversation from earlier in the day and looping in Martin and Adam so they can have the details of what was proposed. It is my understanding that the following
was proposed:
In order to ensure Toll Brothers’ adherence to Condition 10.16 of the Passero Ridge Subdivision Order of Decision, as shown in the screenshot below, the City would like to add a condition
to the Passero Ridge No. 2 final plat approval. This condition would restrict Toll Brothers from pulling building permits for lots in Phase 3 of Passero Ridge Subdivision until the
installation of the listed amenities in Phases 1 and 2 of the subdivision has been completed.

I apologize, I received this information yesterday and I did not remember to pass it on. Given the Phase 1 and Phase 2 final plats are on schedule to record soon, we anticipate beginning
the installation of the listed amenities by February of 2024 and we anticipate completion by July of 2024.
Please let me know if you need a more detailed schedule.

That is correct, Lot 1, Block 8 of Passero Ridge No. 2 will contain the amenities you listed. Lot 1, Block 2 of Passero Ridge No. 1 will contain a play structure and shade structure.
