REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUB23-000028: Toll Brothers, on behalf of BHEG Passero Ridge
LLC, is requesting a final plat approval for Passero Ridge Subdivision No. 2, a residential subdivision with 60 single-
family lots and 15 common lots. The subject parcel is zoned R-1 – Low Density Residential. The preliminary plat for
Passero Ridge, SUB21-000011, was approved by City Council on December 6, 2021. The subject parcel,
R3285600000, is located on the west side of Montana Ave., approximately 2,600 feet south of the intersection with
Karcher Rd., in Caldwell, ID.
