PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL MAY BE SUBSTITUTED WITH A SIMILAR PLANT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION BASED ON AVAILABILITY, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT OR TOWNSHIP/CITY ARBORIST. 6. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE QUANTITIES OF PLANTS INDICATED ON THE PLANT SCHEDULE AND THOSE INDICATED ON THE PLAN, THE QUANTITIES INDICATED ON THE PLAN SHALL GOVERN. 7. NOTIFY ALL UTILITY COMPANIES PRIOR TO EXCAVATING PLANT PITS. PLANT LOCATIONS MAY BE ADJUSTED IN FIELD TO AVOID INTERFERENCE WITH UTILITIES. 8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANTING AT CORRECT GRADES AND ALIGNMENT. 9.
